Funny how the engine nacelle alone is about the size of an F-104.
A peek inside the fuel tank shows the engineering that went into this airplane. The larger pipes are for fuel flow and fuel transfer. There are smaller pipes along the side for liquid nitrogen transfer. Above the gentleman's head is a nozzle-type appratus that was used to spray cool fuel from the bottom of the tank onto the upper surface of the tank, since there was no other way to cool that part of the airframe in flight.
