As of November 2022, 58-0086 is assigned to the 909th Air Refueling Squadron at Kadena AFB in Okinawa, Japan.  Previously she had been flying with the 927 Air Refueling Wing at MacDill Air Force Base, and the 100th ARW out of RAF Mildenhall prior to that.

The tail of 100th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 Stratotankers bear unique markings making them immediately identifiable from other Stratotankers. The Box D and base shield are each 48 inches tall, and are created by Airmen at the corrosion control shop. - USAF photo by Sr. Airman Teresa Hawkins
