As of July 2020, 59-1520 is assigned to the 909th Air Refueling Squadron at Kadena AFB in Okinawa, Japan.  Previously she had been flying with the 92 ARW at Fairchild Air Force Base.

KC-135R Stratotanker #59-1520, deployed from Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota, and a KC-10 Extender deployed from Travis AFB, California, are parked on the flightline operations area for the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing at a non-disclosed base in Southwest Asia on June 2, 2010.  Both airframes support deployed air refueling efforts through the 908th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron.  The 908th EARS, as part of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing, supports operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.  The 908th EARS is a sub-unit of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing. - USAF photo by MSgt.
