As of June 2022, 59-1471 might be the first true former Q-model to be retired from active service.  According to this article at https://www.927arw.afrc.af.mil/News/Art/igphoto/2003012020/, she was flown to Sheppard AFB where she will be used to train maintenance crews.  Previously she had been flying active missions, assigned to the 6 AMW and 927 ARW at MacDill Air Force Base.
